-They need to be visually appealing/professional looking (this helps branding and credibility).
-They need to be clear and to the point. There is nothing worse than a cluttered brochure that say so much that it really says nothing.
-They need a call to action. It’s not enough to just have information in a brochure. Like a good website, a good brochure will ask and motivate the reader to reach out for more information.
